1. Absolutely not. If they say that it is false advertising. Flexibility and class of travel are entirely dissociated and many ce tickets allow no change and many others only for a fee.
2. Absolutely not. If you mean full fare difference, see 1., if you mean Poug upgrades it's even worse as those upgrades make your ticket fully inflexible regardless of the underlying condition of the original fare.
The only tickets that would give you free same day changes are flexible ticket in Y and C (including the y "semi flex" range with same day changes included)
