I think the system sucks and it just doesn't work most of the time.

The other day, after checking in, when I got to the airport with the mobile boarding pass, it rejected me and when I went to the check-in counter, I was told I never checked-in and they were bewildered to how I got a mobile boarding pass in the first place.
