Today(Feb 24): Attempted to load $500 from my Marriott card at the Target in Garden Grove CA(I'm here on work travel, and my hotel/rental car/meals are on this card, so they know I'm here), declined. Tried $250, declined.

I went to make sure my card wasn't shut off, so I loaded $15 on my starbucks card(using apple pay FYI), and that went thru no issue.
Yeah, that's what happened on my Southwest card. They shut it down after I bought furniture at another store this weekend. No release until I called it in.
