There is no divider on the typical Cirrus seat, but the earphone cabinet door serves as divider if you open it. I have traveled many times on a CX center seat (with and without my wife) and there is complete privacy from your neighbor, but not from the aisle.

As mentioned by Cedricgerald, AF seat cannot move forward so it is hard to have a conversation with your neighbor (I have not flown AF seat but I have sat in it). Also note that the AF TV screen has a very different position and is smallish and far away (near the feet), while the TV screen of the typical Cirrus seat is on the side and can be made to come quite close to the viewer.
Thank you for these info. More reasons to fly CX that AF.
BTW why did you fly by yourself in the center seat ? Last minute booking / upgrade /award or you prefer this seat rather than a window seat ?

By the way, F inventory increased on CX for my preferred flight so maybe CX F rather than BA F and bye bye AF J, I'm so very sad hihihi
