My thought is: if you pay for a product and don't get it, you get a refund. I didn't pay for a slightly better meal. I paid for a lie flat bed. If I pay for a Porsche, and show up at the dealership to find a Toyota Camry, should I still pay for the Porsche?
I find the Porsche/Toyota Camry analogy to be very amusing, as I am a young PAW (read Thomas Stanley's book if you don't know that reference) in the process of buying a new car, and I am looking at a Camry, after driving a superb German sedan that had $2k annual maintenance bills for 8 years.

I think of Delta these days as paying for a Porsche (Whose new NA hq is right next to VA avenue now) and getting a 10-20 year old German auto with all of the maintenance bills that come with it. I would prefer the new Camry.
