(Domestic Travel
$5.60 per one-way trip, per passenger (September 11th security fee)
Expedite Fee of $75 per passenger will be applied to award bookings ticketing less than 21 days prior to departure.)

on another note, how would I actually book this flight as I have avios and not aa points?
Only low-tier ("SAAver") award seats are bookable with Avios. "AAnytime" award seats displayed on aa.com are not bookable for any amount of Avios.

The $81 you are being quoted at aa.com includes a close-in award booking fee of $75. However, when you redeem BA Avios, you are subject to BAEC's redemption rates and fees; BAEC does not charge a close-in award-booking fee, even if you redeem your Avios on AA or US.
