If you can find "SAAver" award seats on AA nonstop flights, cheapest option is to redeem BA Avios at ba.com for those flights: 7,500 Avios one way in Coach, with no close-in award booking fees. AA has nonstops from JFK to MCO, and from MIA to EWR, LGA, and JFK.

But be sure to check cash fares on all routes before redeeming any miles.
