Which miles to use EWR -> MCO MIA/FLL->EWR
Hi everyone, I was hoping for some expert input about our travel plans. last minute, so any input is greatly welcome.

Our current plan - 2/25 we would like to do EWR/LGA to MCO. Rent a car in orlando, spend one night at a hotel in orlando, and drive down to Miami on 2/26. Car would be returned once we get to Miami (2/26). Next flight would be from MIA/FLL to EWR/LGA.

We have about 110K points on capital one venture, 45K Amex gold reward card points, and 51K British Airways Avios.

What is the most economical way to go about planning this trip?
