Has anyone run into this - I tried to change the thermostat to VIP at the Hilton Minneapolis and something didn't go right - it went to VIP but it kept the heat running! After it got way to hot and I couldn't figure out how to turn it down, I called the front desk. About 20 mins later engineering came by - he said he tried to 'fix' it via his central control console in his office but he couldn't reset anything - then he came in and looked at the thermostat and said overiding to VIP won't work here (he figured out what I did) because its all centrally controlled and if you want VIP you have to go through their central computer system... just a word of caution
