Maximizing 100K MR from PIT to FCO
Hello all, long time lurker... looking for some advice on how to optimize my MR points.

I currently have 100k MR points and looking to transfer my MR points to airline miles from PIT to FCO. Looking to purchase 2 R/T tickets in coach. I'm willing to originate from PIT, CLE, CHM, CAK to Rome, with a possible open jaw from PSR (LIRP), FLR (LIRQ), NAP (LIRN).

Travel dates originate 8/6 and return 8/17, but dates are flexible.

Any advice to optimize these points would be greatly appreciated.
