That's the hard part. If you are in NYC, B&H has a brick and mortar store - I think all their product ships from there so you can usually look at anything they offer.
I haven't checked for a few months, but the last I knew the Ativa 9 15" was the lightest 15in laptop available. Supposedly just a hair lighter than the Macbook Air 15", so that should give you something to compare it to.
