Those thyme potatoes make a very welcome reappearance again ... and may I say that your great and most appropriate collection of plain white plates have not gone unnoticed. Let the food speak for itself ... and yours certainly does!
Just a minor point. You missed out slowly braised chopped onions and a grating of nutmeg in that mash .....
Was that a lemon light sauce underneath?
