they told me it will take days for review and would call back. Just for 1k miles. Told them if i have to wait for this, i would rather file a formal complaint and have your executive office find out the truth and give me the miles. it is automatic benefit for all who converts to no arrival after first purchase.
I threatened CFPB complaint over this and was manually offered 2500 miles
