They are called Allpoint. I didn't use the one in my Target which was located next to CS and the Bridal & Baby Registries, but have used it in Costco & CVS. Yes!!! Costco has them... at least around me in So Cal. I used the option to withdraw from a Credit Card... worked great, no fee.
