GREAT NEWS for those of us who had an issue with "disappearing loads/funds"
I finally got mine credited to my Redbird account without filing a dispute with my CC issuer. The key is to escalate 2 levels up from the typical CSR and ask for a complaint to be filed. Once that happened, 2 days later I got a call, funds credited and that's all.
Here's the details:
After waiting nearly a month and giving an earful to the CSRs and supervisors who kept telling me to wait just 3 more business days every time I called, I finally got it escalated 2 levels up and they filed an "executive complaint". When this person called me, they apologized for it taking so long and that they weren't aware of this problem until recently. Now that they are aware, they are searching for people who have this issue to fix it.
They do have plans to stop this issue from happening in the future and will be training the CSRs on how to fix the existing issues more quickly.
