Hello Dear Members,

I was flying from Johannesburg to Mumbai - India via Abu Dhabi through Etihad Airways on 09 DEC 2014.

When I landed my destination (Mumbai) I didn't received one of my baggage which contained some expensive clothing material samples worth $3500 weighing about 12 KGs. I immidiately went to Etihad Office at the Airport and complained about it.

They checked my details and stickers and informed me that the baggage is wrongly tagged to some other person and to some other destination (Adisababa instead of Mumbai) which didn't noticed by baggage stickers while boarding at Johannesburg.

After filling up the baggage lost claim form and all other details Etihad has now reverted back that they can only reimburse me $30 per KG. What a JOKE..!!!

I have all my invoices and other details for the lost items.

Dear members, please suggest me how to handle these CHEATERS and claim back the full amount which I deserve to be given.

THESE CHEATERS cannot just suppress people being a very big company.

Please suggest
