I've no idea. I created my own Google forms based on that blog. It's handy for keeping track of purchase as you make them. I think it's easier. Based in other things I've read, I think it's wise to keep receipts and cardboard wrappers for awhile, just in case there's a problem. Everyone has their own system. Took me awhile before I found one that worked.
