CAPTCHA for logging in to Hilton.com sucks! It is impossible to read the letters, or hear the numbers. I am a Diamond member and have written Hilton 6-7 times. They continue to give me the canned response that they passed the information on to their web design team...seriously? It is obvious by all the posts that CAPTCHA is not the answer. They are very close to losing a 7 year diamond member that stays 50+ nights per year!
