I never even received a response to either message, not even an acknowledgement. So I understand the frustration when trying to stay within the rules and not discuss moderator actions but when there is no other recourse and the only avenue available is ignored, what is one to do?
I'd recommend PM e-mailing the Community Director one more time; I've not seen that kind of communication ignored myself, though I've seen acknowledgements, referrals to the Moderator Appeals and Peer Panel and denials of requests.
