With all due respect and not commenting on the OP's issues, I had an issue with moderator action (or inaction) and did send all of the pertinent information to the Community Director - twice. I never even received a response to either message, not even an acknowledgement. So I understand the frustration when trying to stay within the rules and not discuss moderator actions but when there is no other recourse and the only avenue available is ignored, what is one to do?
