I would suggest you look at the various flight timings and rule out carriers that do not suit, then look at the aircraft operating each route and compare their economy class configuration.
For example, I think that the QR economy hard product (A332 and B77W) is slightly better than BA's A320 and B777. However, QR would mean two medium length flights compared to BA's short domestic followed by a longhaul direct.
