I have to say "up until recently" and "has", because a lot of things have been changing at Citi lately, and it's becoming harder to predict the future of Citi churning based on the past.
Make sure you use the link which has no restrictions on churning. (Only with that kind of link might it still be possible.)
Did I miss something ? Has someone reported they did not receive the signup bonus on the Hilton Visa Signature Card ?
I realize that there are links stating 18 months between cards (people here should know enough to only use the link in the Wiki) but I haven't seen any reports of anyone being denied the points as of yet.
I had 40K ( plus $50 statement credit) post a month or so ago and another 50K should post Wednesday and I plan on getting another ( #18) 50K card Saturday.

MAKE SURE YOU Use the Link in the Wiki................I see no need to push the apps over a day or 2.
Apply for card # 1 today and then let 8 full days pass ( personally I always waited a month but there is a possibility this churn could be ending soon) and then get card #2. I have had good luck lowering the credit limits to $3K ( used to lower them to $5k) after I make the spend as I have had 17 HH Visas and never had to call recon once. GL
