Tried to load at the register today at the Boulder Target but was told "the system can't load here" and was sent to the CS desk.
Pretty sure this wasn't a real change, just a cashier who didn't know how to load RB. She seemed unhappy so I didn't fight it. I just paid for my items and loaded at CS no problem.
