this does not make any sense.
you cannot register a card that is "un activated" This is what you are doing right then and there "purchasing'" (activating) your temp Redcard
I think this is more significant than first meets the eye.
I think this is the first case we've seen where the CSR (understandably) seemed confused as to why you would have a temp Redcard if it's unactivated... I would go to another target to avoid awkward questions .
