This is indeed uncertain atm. AF is (very slowly) rolling out an excellent new J seat on their 777. I recall that AF was considering to install other seats on the A330, 350, and 787, but it was not clear yet what and how. I also recall that KL waited to take decision on their A330 depending on AF's decisions.

Considering their enthusiasm to install 10 on the 777, I wouldn't count on 8 on the 787...
