As someone who is unfamiliar with the AA ticketing process, can anyone explain what appears to be the standard lag between booking and ticketing on AA? Or how it is supposed to work? Colleagues have previously mentioned being stuck in a pending limbo with AA ticketing but it is not something I've experienced with US ticketing system.
