Have you looked at AC via YYZ? TK and AC have YYZ-IST nonstops. Even the TK flight is an AC codeshare flight if your corporate travel policy will accept AC on the ticket.
Just an FYI, flying LH from MUC/FRA-IST will force you to spend 3 hours in a crappy Y seat even though they call it Business. Not my idea of a good time.
