PQMs are only earned on *A carriers. And earning is a function of the actual operating carrier. So the that's an easy answer, no PQMs.

UA codeshare's operated by "MP Partners" (non *A carriers with a special relationship) can earn RDMs but not not PQMs. Those MP partners are listed on the page referenced in the previous post.

Neither of the airlines you reference are MP Partners -- so no PQMs and no RDMs.
