The MH domestic lounge is very nice and has shower facilities for those arriving from a longhaul. Albeit a little smaller.
I assume you mean the Regional Lounge (which is still an International lounge) just normally used for the shorter haul flights intra-Asia - this is in the same main pier (ie not the Satellite) as the Domestic gates, but still airside.
