For the grandfathers out there, have you experienced throttling? I (think I) have when I'm traveling internationally and my data usage is much greater than domestic. I believe it is a subject of a class action in the US, though I have not heard anything, directly.
I haven't been throttled internationally and only once domestically. I got a text message warning me when it happened.
