Now I have question... if a BRG claim was submitted prior to Jan 5 but was processed and decided by the BRG desk on or after Jan 5 should the reward be 10% or 20% off the Competing Rate?
I have a case just like that and before I get back to the BRG desk on this matter I would like to know for sure what is the actual policy.
