Looks like there will be an extra sector on 1/7 UA 2078 ORD-HKG departing at 830 and arriving into HKG at 1409.
And don't forget that the day started with 1/6 895 HKG-SIN canceling due to "flight crew availability", which then cancels 1/7 896 SIN-HKG
Guess I should be happy that I was only delayed 3.5 hours coming home from Oslo on Saturday (though would happily have endured an extra half-hour if EU261 would kick in!).
You really could hardly write a worst start to the year for international operations, especially since there's been no real weather event...can't wait til the next snopocalypse comes.
