I have called the centralized office once, and while they did what I wanted the experience was rather unclear. "We will contact the local station and hopefully they will print your bag tags".

The local station did call me, which was great and I saved their number. I think they should provide both local numbers and a call center option.

Otherwise I find the call center to be a devaluation.
