Just called today, got the call Center in Toronto. Over a 25 min wait because of the events out there. Couldn't get the yyc team which was so so soooooo annoying. Went to the lounge desk, they called the yyc team and gave them my phone number. Amazing top notch yyc. Team called my cell immediately and helped me out so fast and so great!!
Got a call back from the call center over half an hour later while I was boarding asking what they could do to help. If I had waited for them, then they wouldn't have been able to.
Yeah I think the YYC concierges are very top notch - I have called them from LHR for a same day change LHR-YYC (good to do after midnight in LHR as then YYC concierges still open) and been able to do SDC, and they have called me back always even when struggling with BGI-YYZ delays (and no call back from YYZ). Amazing staff!
