I opted for the upgrade on a one way SIN-HKG itinerary at the min price level. My card was charged SGD40 for the SIN-KUL leg and SGD120 for the KUL-HKG leg. However I have only received email confirmation for the SIN-KUL leg and the subsequent e-ticket indicates I class upgrade for the SIN-KUl sector only. Its been over 24hrs. My flight is on Sunday. What should my course of action be?
