For those that use Mint.com (A financial aggragator website that allows you to track all your bank/investment accounts/credit cards/mortgage etc) I have gotten an escalation to get support for REDCard added. Apparently however they need 4 more people to request it before it gets escalated to engineers.
What to do:
Login to your Mint.com account
Request your bank be added (Go to Accounts, click Financial tab, try to search for REDCard, click "request your bank be added") with the following information:
Full Bank Name: Target Prepaid REDCard (American Express)
Bank URL:
https://amex.serve.com/prepaidredcard/
Bank Login URL:
https://secure.prepaidredcard.com/
