I don't know why they cold hire for these positions? It blows my mind. I would suggest they internal hire gate agents / checkin agents etc with experience (they would like it as being a Concierge you don't have to deal with some of the really annoying basic stuff) and backfill the lower positions.
I've seen the JD on the careers site for AC. Very limited experience needed. Explains why you guys (SE's) are running into a few issues...
