+1 -- I do this using the provided duvet for my seat (even if a spare isn't available) and always have a light down or polyfill shell (with arms) which I wear for warmth. Tilting the headrest up a touch with the duvet underneath makes the whole bed comfortable. I am always warm enough and never get tangled up in anything-easy in/out if I need to get up to go to the washroom.
