My last request took 5 days to receive a response. Unfortunately, this was 2 days after check-in would have occured. After waiting over 48hrs from submitting my BRG request, I called HHonors and they said nothing could be done to expedite the process. I waited until the very last minute (literally) to cancel my reservation (avoiding cancellation penalty should the BRG not be honored) - only to receive a response yesterday (two days after I would have checked out) saying they couldn't honor the BRG because the reservation had been cancelled.
Not impressed.
