I thought I would resurrect this thread rather than start a fresh one.

We had 2 guests cancel a Christmas visit due to illness at the last minute. I cooked a 16 lb turkey and all the side dishes anyway. Most of the sides are gone or close to it. There's still a lot of turkey left despite my eating 2 turkey meals a day for 5 days running.

I declare myself officially over it. No more turkey (after tonight's dinner)!
