Not likely to happen. They may ask you to verbally validate your name and birthdate and address and (less likely) maybe ask you some questions to check the answers against info in public/commercial databases. Nothing to worry about if you can manage to do online check-in. I wouldn't budget more than 30 extra minutes at the airport because of this. Five extra minutes has been enough for me.
