Guys,

The new Flying Returns number allocated is not valid, when i checked SBI terms, its mentioned as follows:

'the loyalty account will be activated only after the first flight activity with Air India'

how will i start flight activity if the air india website is not accepting the loyalty number, saying its not valid.
Can anyone guide me on this.
