I am giving the facts and they are true as they pertain to me and my cruises. You should not tell people to "not pay attention" to posts when I and others are trying to be helpful.
I agree the info posted by the cruise lines is inconsistent, sometimes vague, and mostly wrong.
On the other hand, personal experience posted above can be believed.
I believe centurian was saying don't believe the cruise lines web postings and even though the above posts are true for individual ships (as we can attest) they can not be relied on as being valid for all lines or even all ships in a particular line.
