Same for me, not getting any timeline, they have told me to take printout of my gold status online and use the same for the meantime. Have a turkish airline flight coming up, anyone has any experience of using AI gold status, on paper printout, on any star alliance flight, do they acknowledge the same and can I avail the star gold benefits.

Has anyone recently received their membership kits from AirIndia since the upgrade to Gold. Each time I contact them they give me a standard reply that kits are being redesigned to incorporate Star alliance logo and will be delivered shortly. No timeline is provided.
