I guess I’ve just been lucky. I’ve had very good response and support from MyPoints. No, everything hasn’t posted as it should and yes, I’ve sometimes had to contact their Customer Care department, but everything has been resolved via email. Usually I need to send them the email confirmation for purchases, but this too I’ve sent over email. So, perhaps I’ve just been lucky or maybe others who have had positive experiences are just not saying.
