FWIW, Erin was incredibly helpful in getting me in touch with a rep regarding my own BRG claim which was great. However, I do think it points to a systemic problem with the BRG process if we have to use this back-door method to get a timely response. At the end of the day, I'm ok with a negative judgement on a BRG claim, as long as its timely, and consistent with past decisions. My two cents.
