After they said they would "re-send" a $25 voucher to me (see
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/Forum...ML/001051.html ), I was very surprised that it arrived within about a week, but I think that will be the last physical voucher I request from them until they stop being so incompetent.
I put a HHonors redemption request about a week ago, and it's still marked as "Pending Processing" on MyPoints. However, there is a 1000 point credit marked "Intellipost Transfer" on my HHonors account. It has no date, so I have no idea when it happened.
It's sad that MyPoints site has no idea that the transfer has even occurred, but vastly better than having to constantly email them to get anything at all.
