Two of them were at the "mouth" of the carousel whose only job was to "Right" the luggage so that the handle was facing the direction of the pax. One of them was helping pax with bags and one (I only saw this person briefly) whose job was to put a "EVA Air" banner type thing at the Carousel informing Pax that this was the right place.
Truly incredible service, up to and including flight termination. Yes, there are those who will say that BR flies 1x a day, which is true, but still, no reason why AC can't aspire to be like them!
That's the typical Asian service and EVA shows it
Heck, at BR check-in in T1 last night (post 13), there were about 3-4 ground staff at the beginning of the queue lines/separation just to handle the paxs arriving to check-in and divert them into correct lines
Usually for AC you get 1 for Y, 1 for Priority line
