Korean Air will provide a stopover hotel if your whole itinerary is on one reservation. You should contact call center about it and let them know. Oh, and the stopover, logically, has to be overnight. From what others have said, it's usually the Hyatt hotel next to the airport.
Not always but more often than not given they own the hotel.
For me 20 hours is definitely worth going into the city centre. Although the Hyatt is a nice option, even if there's not to much around per se.
