Assuming you didn't book the entire itinerary on miles you'll earn at least 100%. 150% if you paid cash for a J ticket.
O is a deep-discount economy fare bucket for AA.
Not sure if this is the case now for US since it doesn't look like they've finished aligning all of the fare classes yet.
